AN EASTER POEM!

There is nothing in this World
greater than God’s LOVE,
For He sent His Only Son
down from the stars above.
From a lowly manger bed
To a Cross He was led
Not by others ~
But by His LOVE for us!
Do you understand the Cross
& all that it entails?
Or do you shun that Cross of Christ
& on your eyes ~ keep those scales?
Let God help YOU see today
all that He has done,
How He gave His ALL
when He GAVE for YOU
~ His only Son ~ JESUS!
Then, when at last we understand
all that He has done for us,
We won’t complain so very much
or make a great big fuss ~
When He asks of us to ~
give our ALL ~ TO HIM!
For then we’ll gladly give our best
& Love Him through & through,
Oh Lord, dear Lord,
what did we ever ~ do without YOU!
