We must take the ‘1ST’ step *
then GOD will draw near as well,
For it is OUR CHOICE only
that will lead us ‘away’ from hell!
Is there ‘deep sorrow’ for sinning *
& great JOY over hearing God’s Word? *
It takes more than just ‘listening’
for we must DO what we have heard!
When our sins have been ‘purged’
our ‘rejoicing’ now begins,
Singing Praises to God
as we’re ‘free’ of our sins!
Now we can ‘worship’
The Creator of Life,
The One Who has ‘saved’ us
& ‘freed’ us of strife!
‘Worthy’ our God
Who sent His dear Son,
Showing that He LOVES us
& making us ‘one’!
What a thrill to behold
the ‘SOURCE’ of all JOY, *
As each ‘thought’ we think
& His ‘Presence’ ~ enjoy!
Let your ‘countenance’ shine *
with your face all aglow,
As you follow The Lord *
& ‘daily’ grow.
