"TAKEN IN!"

‘Taken in’ to Heaven
by the Hand of God,
When our life is over
upon this earthly sod.
Over & over the Scriptures
tell us of His Love, *
And that ONE DAY we’ll be with Him
by His Throne Above! *
‘Enoch’ walked with God
& God took him up to Heaven, *
And Jesus is up there NOW *
‘preparing’ & a prayin’.
Praying for you & me *
to redeem us from the grave, *
Taking us to Himself
the lost Souls ~ He did save.
He’ll Guide & Direct us *
holding to our hand, *
Then ~ take us up to Glory
away from this weary Land.
One Day ~ FOREVER ~
our struggles will be over,
Content ~at last~ in Heaven
for Christ’s Blood-stained Hands did cover.
Did cover our sins COMPLETELY
because we surrendered all,
We ‘Believed’ He died for us
& ‘listened’ to His Call.
Wounded hearts & lives
‘completely’ free of pain,
For we’re in our ‘Father’s House’
where permanent LOVE ~
is what we’ll gain!

We cannot KNOW the depth of God’s LOVE until we KNOW
the depth of our SIN (sinful nature) ~ see 2 Sam.12:1-13. And we must
really SEE our sin before we can ASK FORGIVENESS (of God) for it!
Psalm 51:5 says we are BORN in sin!
~ Don’t wait for a ‘Nathan’ to have to come along to ‘reveal’ it! ~ For GOD
will ‘expose’ our sin to the World if we don’t: admit, confess & forsake it!
If God could ‘love’ & ‘change’ Jacob (Gen.32:27-28) into ‘Israel’ & be
called his ‘Shepherd’ (Gen.48:15), THEN He can surely LOVE & CHANGE
you & me into the people He wants US to be ~
IF WE ARE WILLING!
~ ARE YOU? ~
Jesus is the SAME ~ yesterday, today & forever (Heb.13:8) ~ His ‘character’
is changeless ~ for He is: ‘ETERNAL LOVE’ ~ & He ‘awaits’ our
‘slightest whisper’ for HIM to become OUR ‘Shepherd’.
What we do does NOT change God’s Love ~ whether we are good or bad ~
God’s Love stays the same (for He is not like ‘people’ who only love us when
we’re ‘good’ & reject us when we’re [or even when our children are] ‘bad’!)
Yet, remember this ~ although He Loves us 'just the way we are' ~
His ‘DESIRE’ is to ‘CHANGE’ us into the ‘likeness’ of JESUS ~ His SON!
~~WILL YOU ‘LET’ HIM?~~
