Oh, what Love & tender Mercy
our God had way back then,
But, it didn’t stop back there
for “our Savior” He would send!
Yes, JESUS came & DIED for us
& ‘rose’ that we, too, might live,
Victorious over ‘sin’ & ‘shame’
when our ‘lives’ to Him we give!
Oh, child of God, ‘get tougher’
& let your faith grow strong,
For our children’s lives will be ‘rougher’
until their lives belong ~ TO CHRIST!
Don’t give up nor faint
when God ‘allows’ strife, *
He’s the ‘Bridegroom’ seeking
& calling unto His ‘wife’!
